Push ups- When you do a push up and go down, you want to have your arms in a right angle.  *keep your arms apart

Sit ups- When you do a sit up, don't go up with your head, go up with your stomach  *don't use your arms to get up either

​Planks- When you do a plank, make sure you keep your hands balled up and close to your chest.  *also keep your feet together

Pull ups- When you do a pull up, make sure you go up until your hands reach your neck

Jumping Jacks- When your arms are out your legs are out and when you arms are closed, your legs are closed.
